For help using the video, audio, thumbnail or subtitle tools, email hello@fbsave.me with the public link you tried, your device and browser, and what happened (including any error message). Screenshots of the error help us respond faster.
Copyright and abuse reports
If you believe content accessible through fbsave.me infringes your rights, email legal@fbsave.me with the relevant fbsave.me URL, the original Facebook URL, and proof that you own the rights. We review valid requests promptly.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover expired stories, access private or friends-only videos, bypass Facebook privacy settings, or provide phone support. For your own private Facebook content, use Facebook’s official “Download Your Information” export.
Response times and privacy
We aim to reply within a few business days. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private Facebook content. Emails are used only to handle your request; see the Privacy Policy for details.
